Hello from the Floyd Family - Greg, Peggy, Cora, Chester, Maisie, Izaak, and Fintan. From our family to yours, we would like to extend a warm “Welcome” to you as you browse our website. We offer an exciting variety of pickled products that are sure to please your palate.

Forest Floor Foods originated 30 years ago as a fresh mushroom farm in central Wisconsin. Our trade name at that time was “Gourmet’s Delight”. Our mushrooms were noted in Wisconsin for their taste, texture, and pure white appearance.

Our success at mushroom growing and a demand for a great tasting pickled mushroom led us directly to the establishment of “Forest Floor Foods” Pickled Products.

We pride ourselves in offering pickled products that are noted for their TASTE, TEXTURE & APPEARANCE. Debuting at the “Midwest Specialty Food Show - Milwaukee, Wisconsin” in 1996 with three flavors of pickled mushrooms, we received awards for “Best of Show” and “Best Packaging”. We knew we were on to something.

Our true success is shown in our diverse clientele - Cheers, Boston - St. Andrews Country Club, Florida - The Frozen Tundra of Lambeau Field - the James Bond Anniversary celebrations in Hollywood - the appearance of our product in the Hollywood movie, “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” - thousands of loyal customers nationwide - and you.
