Our business started with our fresh mushroom farm located in Central Wisconsin. Our mushrooms were know for there exquisite taste, texture and pure white color. Just seven months after deciding to enter the world of pickling in 1996 we won "Best of Show" and "Best Packaging" awards at the Midwest Specialty Food Show in Milwaukee, WI. What began with three varieties of pickled mushrooms soon developed into the expansive line of pickled products we now have available. We even expanded our product line to include bottles of premium cocktail mix and our handpicked royal cherries.
