First Floor Foods originated 30 years ago as a fresh mushroom farm in central Wisconsin. Our mushrooms were known for their taste, texture and pure white appearance and in 1996 we were awarded "Best of Show" at the Midwest Specialty Food Show in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Our selection of pickled mushrooms grew from three distinctive varieties to well over twenty varieties of mushrooms, olives and pickled veggies. Now, we even carry cherries and drink mixers including Bloody Mary Mix, Dirty Martini Mix, cocktail bitters, Pina Colada Mix and more.
